Custom Beats/Instrumentals
Custom beats are offered in two forms.
Exclusive and non-exclusive.
EXCLUSIVE
Exclusive rights gives you full ownership of the beat/instrumental of your choice to do whatever you choose with. That beat will no longer be offered to anyone else. EVER! No credit need ever be given to Shadownian Entertainment for its construction and/or use.
NON-EXCLUSIVE
Non-exclusive rights gives you permission to use the beat for demo purposes only (Non-profit). This includes websites like Myspace and YouTube. Sole custody of the beat remains with Shadownian Entertainment, and we reserve the right to continue to offer that beat to others. Also, all non-exclusive beats are offered under the consideration that credit be given to Shadownian Entertainment for its construction and/or use.
